Course Overview

ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

This program provides a comprehensive education in designing and constructing buildings and spaces. This program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Students begin with foundational courses in design principles, architectural history, and materials science. As they progress, they engage in advanced topics such as structural systems, environmental design, and urban planning.

Key components include studio-based projects where students develop design concepts and create detailed architectural plans, as well as hands-on experiences through internships and design-build projects. Courses often involve collaborative work, critical thinking, and the use of software tools like CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Students also explore sustainability and innovative technologies, preparing them to address contemporary challenges in architecture. The program culminates in a comprehensive design capstone project, showcasing their skills and understanding. Upon completion, graduates are well-prepared for licensure and careers in architecture, urban design, and related fields.
