About the Course
Radiation therapists or therapeutic radiographers work especially closely with radiation oncologists and medical physicists. They effectively design and administer radiation treatments and manage the wellbeing of primarily cancer patients. Their responsibility is to interpret the radiation oncologist’s prescription and develop a treatment plan. MSU's Diploma in Radiotherapy program will train you across the medical sciences spectrum, from human anatomy and oncology to radiation therapy technique and imaging, among others. You will receive training from our lecturers who have years of experience in the field, and will be engaged in collaborative group projects, discussions and presentations in the course of your study. A clinical practice will further enhance your theoretical and practical skills in this discipline.
